This is my first motorcycle strip down and rebuild. I’ve no tools, other than a few bits and pieces I’ve bought for DIY around the house. So I’m starting from scratch, with the intention of setting up a workshop in my garage to rebuild this, and perhaps other bikes. Tool wise I am a complete virgin! The plan is to aquire what I need, when I need it; shopping around for good quality at the best price - and within a budget.

In this rebuild parts will likely come in 3 varieties;
• existing parts restored
• existing parts replaced by like for like from 400 fours broken for spares, official Honda spare parts, NOS (new old stock), or OEM (re-issued non-Honda brand parts)
• new or period (contemporary) after market parts
