Today I started transforming my garage into a workshop suitable for the Honda 400 four project. Scrubbing the concrete walls a section at a time with bleach and hot water (thorough, me) I’ve now started to roller them white with Dulux exterior wall paint. HARD WORK! I totally underestimated both the paint and effort required.. this is gonna take ages!

I’ve been looking at garage heaters too, probably second hand. Heaters like the Clarke Little Devil interest me since its a radiant heater heating the walls and floor rather than the air. The heat wouldn’t escape when you open the garage door. Runs off a gas bottle mind. I’m watching prices of these and similar heaters on eBay.

Floor wise once the walls are finished I’ll put down some grey floor paint then lay some rubber tiles. These are around 1cm deep and interlock. Again, I’m watching packs of these on eBay. I’d like to tackle the roof also at a later date, perhaps nailing up a board ceiling with better lighting.
